Job Title: Technical Writer / Knowledge Transfer Lead
Location: Remote
Contract
Responsibilities:
- Document all changes, configurations, and workflows
- Develop living documentation and training artifacts
- Lead knowledge transfer workshops for ITSD staff
Relevant Experience:
- 10+ years as a technical communicator in IT infrastructure projects
- Delivered end-user and admin training for government AD/CA modernization programs
- Consistent track record of producing actionable, high-value documentation for audit and compliance
Qualifications
Skill Set:
- Development of process documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and diagrams
- Training material creation, conducting workshops and knowledge transfer sessions
- Familiarity with AD, CA, IT compliance documentation standards
Qualifications & Certifications:
- Certified Technical Professional (CTP)
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
- CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+)
