Perform high availability deployments for OAM 11g R2

Perform advanced configurations of OAM 11g R2 in UI and Design Console

Integrate OAM/EBS over WebbSphere for SSO

Manage EBS Security on a day-to-Day basis

Understand complex business environments and information technology management processes.

Actively participate in decision making with engagement management.

Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients

Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review and/or implement products and services.

Facilitate training.

Deep knowledge of most aspects of configuring OIM

Experience in troubleshooting issues in OIM Out-of-the-box and custom connectors

Identity Management familiarity in the following areas:

-   Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design including directory schema,

namespace and replication topology experience

-   Resource Provisioning

-   Role Base Access Control

-   Java Development

-   Entitlement Management

Familiarity with Weblogic/WebSphere

Experience with one or more directories such as Active Directory, Oracle Unified Directory

Familiarity with federated identity and web services security concepts such as SAML

Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
