Job Description

Front Gate Tickets is a national ticketing agency that specializes in custom software development for the music, arts, sports, and entertainment industries. We are looking to add a customer service representative to assist with customer service inquiries by phone regarding many festivals and venues around the US & Canada. This is a part time position.

  • Provide efficient, but excellent customer support via inbound phone calls.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments in order to successfully expedite and manage special customer support cases
  • Ability to think outside of the box and find answers to unique questions
  • Ability to recognize trends in both a technical and customer service aspect

Qualifications

  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of customer service support experience
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays and weekday evenings.
  • Effective and demonstrated communication skills
  • A high degree of demonstrated motivation and the ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience providing phone support in a customer service environment
  • 1+ year of ticketing experience a plus

Additional Information

This is an on-site position located in downtown Austin at Front Gate Tickets' main office.

Compensation  is $10/hr.
