In this role, you will execute multi-channel digital advertising campaigns, and will be responsible for achieving established performance, revenue retention, and growth. The Digital Advertising Strategist utilizes advertising expertise in SEM, Email Marketing, and Account Management to achieve desired client campaign performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Monitor and analyze campaigns and make regular proactive changes to improve account performance

• Bring competitive and industry insights and media sales experience to flawlessly execute data-driven optimizations across potentially large and complex accounts

• Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth to client that will improve accounts ability to achieve desired outcomes

• Apply advanced knowledge of Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, and Search Engine Marketing best practices

• Gather, analyze, and organize complex information, conduct comparative analyses, make recommendations supported by identified facts, and present clear recommendations to internal clients 

• High level of maturity and judgment to represent the agency and client in a polished, intelligent manner

• Create custom presentations to maintain post-sales activities with a goal to increase account revenues (campaign reports, up-sell and cross sell opportunities)

• Responsible for revenue retention and growth for assigned book of business

• Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

• Presentation of opportunity and/or performance will require travel

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years client facing advertising agency account management experience required 

• 4+ years paid search and digital marketing experience required

• Strong working knowledge of entire Microsoft suite, advanced knowledge with Excel & PowerPoint required

• Proven ability to understand customer needs, build ongoing relationships and drive revenue

• Selling experience specifically in upselling of clients on products and services a must

• CRM experience, competitive analysis, and trending tools

• HTML coding and Photoshop experience preferred 

• Full awareness of creative process and techniques and keen eye for detail

• Demonstrated analytical skills, experience analyzing competition and research techniques to integrate analytics into successful marketing actions 

• Bachelor's degree required

• Google AdWords and Bing Certifications required
