Our supervisors are the best in their field. Reporting to the Site or Operations Manager, this position will lead and organize our team to ensure successful and safe completion of all day to day projects for various customers. Assist in all aspects of customer service including the developing and maintaining positive client relations.

This position is based out of either or Conklin or Bonnyville shop and is a full time opportunity!

14x14 shift schedules with camp are available. 

Key duties and responsibilities

• Monitors field operations and ongoing projects to ensure job completion in an efficient, reliable, cost effective and safe manner
• Coordinate manpower and equipment requirements by evaluating and maximizing existing resources
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships by leading through safe work performance and measurable key performance indicators
• Ensure adherence to all company health, safety, environmental standards, policies and procedures and maintaining on-going knowledge of local, provincial and federal guidelines for full compliance
• Collaborate with management on all operational and personnel matters including employee progression and performance management
• Provide leadership, strategic direction and vision for future growth and development by ensuring that employees are informed, aligned and accountable
• Work with the cross shift supervision for project status handover (as required)
• Responsible for all training and safety for employees
• Reporting/updating direct report when required/requested

Role Specifications

• 5+ years of Industrial Cleaning experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Versed in computer software such as outlook, excel and ERP programs
