Job Description

You're a whiz on the computer and any system that's put in front of you. Your adaptability makes you a success as you understand the business and how things flow - a team player wearing many hats.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily time tracking and submission to payroll
  • Work with the field to ensure time is captured correctly and be the first point of contact to problem solve
  • Use the dispatch system and perform the daily data entry of LEMS into FieldFX and ensure all billing is captured appropriately
  • Work with the field supervisors to ensure paperwork is perfect
  • Know the various client & vendor contracts and support the supervisors
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, shipping, and filing
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences – book travel for attendees as required via CEDA Travel
  • Support staff in assigned project based work including assembly of manuals, user guides, participant workbooks etc.
  • Assist with accounting and procurement duties as required
  • Coverage to front reception desk as required - answer telephones and greet incoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner, brief visitors with safety orientation, maintain visitor log book, ensure proper entry and exit of deliveries and visitors
  • Prepare Purchase Requisitions for the acquisition of goods & services in AX
  • Perform receiving of goods and services in AX
  • Provide other administrative support as required

Role Specifications

  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Related administrative certificate considered an asset
  • Experience with FieldFX, SAP, CDMS, Microsoft AX and Excel all considered an asset
  • Ability to function independently in a busy office environment
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability
