CEDA is currently seeking Pressure Truck Operators at our Christina Lake location.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure truck equipment
• Ensure safety for all team members and property
• Provide quality services to our clients
• Work as part of a team and follow direction from supervision
• Leave the job site in better condition that when we got there. Clean, safe and job done.
• Haul hoses, PPE and tools to where the work is being done
• Complete required paperwork for projects and jobs
• Other duties as assigned

Role Specifications

• Class 1 drivers licence
• Driving is in your nature, a manual transmission is a breeze (10, 13, 18 speed, doesn’t matter you will pass CEDA’s driver assessment with flying colours)
• 2 years experience on a pressure truck in an industrial environment is required
• CSO certification (or combination of CSTS-09 and OSSA Regional or BSO) is required at time of offer 
• Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test

Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• You are safety focused when it comes to people and equipment
• Perform physically demanding work including climbing multiple flights of stairs and carrying equipment (able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis)
• You have the ability to work well in a team, share a laugh with your coworkers and get the job done safely
