Job Description

CEDA is looking to hire a Fleet Administrator based out of our Bonnyville shop.  The successful candidate will need to be local to the Bonnyville area.

 Key Duties & Responsibilities:      

  • Collect data for compiling and distributing monthly tracking reports for the Corporate Fuel Card, Telematics system and Maintenance Card programs
  • Administer data inputs to spreadsheets, paper filing and fleet systems from; vehicle inspections, repairs, maintenance logs, vehicle identification numbers, unit locations, annual inspection logs, and all recordable information related to the fleet
  • Provide administrative support to the fleet coordinator and warehouse technician
  • Support the procurement of parts for fleet repairs
  • Set up and maintain manual and electronic filing system
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of administration and customer service experience is required
  • Experience in fleet-centered administration is an asset
  • Valid Class 5 licence with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years is required (non-GDL)
  • Competent using the Microsoft Office Suite – basic skills in excel (data entry), and ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Effective communication skills at all levels of personnel (trades, office staff, supervision, regional leadership)
