Become Part of our Team

Reporting to the Llandudno IT Manager, the IT Support role will be responsible for the successful roll out of the Multifactor Authentication project in our North Wales offices.   The role will also involve some Windows operating systems upgrades, and other Windows work as deemed necessary by the IT Manager.

This contract will be for three months initially, with a potential to extend out to six months if the workload demands it.

Principle Accountabilities

As well as being responsible for the successful roll out of the Multifactor Authentication project for all north Wales staff, you will also be responsible for assisting with Windows 10 operating system upgrades. Additionally, you will get involved in supporting wider support activities as required.

We are seeking a candidate with proven work experience in an office-based technical or service desk role. The successful candidate will be a driven, self-motivated individual with who is able to work effectively as part of a team. Lastly, we are seeking an individual who understands the importance of ensuring the confidentiality and reliability of our corporate data.

For this role, the following experience is essential:

·       Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Multifactor Authentication

·       Excellent understanding and experience with InTune.

·       Detailed knowledge and experience of Windows 10 operating system and Office 365

·       Experience in providing Service Desk level technical support

·       Troubleshooting and analytical skills
