Our client is a French company in the utilities sector with an international presence.

👉 We are looking for a HRIS - Time & Attendance ADP eTIME consultant (M/F) for a permanent contract (50-75k€), or Freelance (450-550€/d), based in La Défense (France) :

✅ Your challenge is the following:

As part of the HRIS streamlining program, you bring your expertise in the field of ADP eTIME.

✅ What is expected of you:

The tasks to be performed :

·        Study and analysis of organizations and different business processes

·        Collecting ATM needs from users and orienting them towards the ADP model

·        HR Process Modeling

·        Assistance in the validation of functional specifications

·        Recipe Strategy and Implementation

·        User training and change management

·        Strategy and deployment assistance

✅ The candidate who makes us dream :

·        You are ideally familiar with the "ADP eTIME" HRIS solution or other solutions on the market: HR Access, Chronos, eTemptation , SAP HR, Chronogestor,...

·        You have already worked on Time & Attendance HRIS projects

·        You have good written and oral communication skills, both in terms of liaising with the business teams and with other technical teams

·        You are also autonomous and proactive, so that you can liaise both with the business teams and with the other technical teams in the IT Department

·        You are highly adaptable and are perfectly at ease with cross-functional management.

·        You are fluent in English: written, read and spoken
