Job Description

A dedicated individual is required to assist and support the activities of one or more senior managers.   This position offers career growth opportunity for someone interested in the property managment industry. 

Responsibilities will include:

-Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence

-Handling incoming calls professionally 

-Managing travel schedule and calendaring activities

-Creating documents, reports, presentations as required

-Reviewing, organizing, and managing reports, files, etc...

-Organizing and attending meetings

-Ensuring managers are prepared for meetings

-Liaison with clients, suppliers, and other staff professionally

Qualifications

Qualifications include: 

-excellent organizational skills

-ability to work in face paced environment

-proven ability to multi-task and prioritize

-experience working with sensitive files

-good judgement with day to day workload

-proactive approach to activities that needs to be completed

-self-starter

-proactive and motivated

-excellent attention to detail

-strong work ethic

-professionalism  

Proficiency with MS Office.
