Job Description

Job Requirements: 

CLV Group seeks an individual with 3 + years administrative experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
General accounting knowledge a must
Working ability in MS Office is a prerequisite
Knowledge of Yardi property management Software considered an asset
Minimum 3+ years experience in managing a diverse residential portfolio
Familiar with the Residential Tenancy Act and Residential Leases
