Job Description

GENERAL DUTIES:  Under general supervision, performs clinical duties that are under the delegation of the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and/or Registered Nurse, according to the supervisor’s scope of practice and under the rules and regulations of their respective licensing authority.  Ensures all patient information is kept secure and confidential.  Must have excellent communication and people skills and work well with others.


REQUIREMENTS :  Must have a current  Medical Assistant Certificate and be Certified.  Experience in a medical office is required.  Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment physical and a criminal history background check.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability is preferred.
