Job Description

  • Greets and directs patients.
  • Schedules and confirms appointments.
  • Completes end of day cashiering functions.
  • Receives and processes all calls and patient co-payment.
  • Ensures all patient information is kept secure and confidential.

Qualifications

Requirements include a high school diploma or the equivalent and two years of experience in a medical office setting.   In addition, applicant must possess computer skills and knowledge.  The applicant must have interpersonal skills and able to adapt to change easily.  The applicant must be bilingual.  In addition, the applicant must have a valid driver’s license; safe driving record and acceptance by the Agency’s vehicle insurance carrier are required.    Work location Alice, TX and position is Full-Time.
