Position Summary: Enable transparent, informative & timely view of the financial results of an Int’l IT operation.   Maintain and enhance the financial system, procedures & performance metrics supporting month end close & internal / external financial reporting.   Support the forecasting, strategic fiscal planning & capital budgeting as well.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform month end close  & related journal entries
• Prepare & review monthly financial statements & account reconciliations
• Maintain financial system & general ledger procedures
• Track & analyze key operating costs & metrics
• Active participation in the annual financial audit
• Update monthly forecasts of P&L ,capital & cash flow
• Maintain & track requisitioned spending
• Execute semi-monthly payroll though 3rd party payroll provider

Minimum Requirements:

• BS/ BA in Finance / Accounting, CPA desired
• Working knowledge of General Ledger & Consolidation systems
• Minimum experience 2-4 years performing the listed job responsibilites
• Strong financial data analysis & MS excel skills
• Ability to communicate & interface throughout the organization
• Must be results oriented & an independent thinker
• Solid understanding of financial concepts & principles (GAAP)
• Proven strong written & verbal communication skills
