Mid-level position with a focus on implementing and maintaining CORT's HR systems by defining and analyzing system problems, and designing and testing standards and solutions. This includes system upgrades, managing system security and analyzing potential security issues.


  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality on all payroll and HR systems.
  • Maintain attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and meet deadlines.
  • Analyze, and maintain HRIS data and may be required to create imports and exports for the migration and manipulation of HR and benefit data.
  • Maintain the integrity of HR, benefit, and payroll data when performing corrections and updates to system records.
  • Administer system security in the Site Management Console to include creating user accounts, adding roles to users, and creating and/or maintaining current roles and workflows.
  • Manage, maintain and provide general tech support for CORT's performance management, eLM system.
  • Manage, maintain and provide general tech support for CORT's time and attendance system.
  • Administer CORT's leave accruals. Research, identify and correct data inconsistencies to individual leave plans to ensure data integrity during leave rollover and accrual.
  • Develop custom reports using the HRIS report writing solution to gather and report data as necessary in order to meet the requirements of the company, management and staff.
  • Maintain a general level of understanding of HR functions including HR, Benefits, Payroll and Talent Management.
  • Able to assist the HR Systems Manager in all phases of HRMS implementation or enhancement including selection, analysis, design, testing, training and support.
  • General Knowledge of HR policies and procedures – both internal and external that impact data management. (e.g., compliance issues).
  • Able to assist the HR Systems Manager in translating user needs and requirements into system specification and requirements.
  • Support Information Technology Systems by providing the employee data necessary to maintain Active Directory, single sign-on, sales, inventory and commission applications.
  • Develop positive working relationships with software client representatives in order to maintain and control the outcome of tickets, work orders, customs and new implementations. General understanding of vendor and contract management.
  • The ability to work at least forty (40) hours per week, and additional hours, as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience and/or training in the field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Knowledge of UltiPro and NOVA Time and Attendance is preferred.
  • Basic to Intermediate knowledge of HR/Payroll systems or Data Management systems is preferred

  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Internet software; Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Access.

  • A basic fundamental knowledge of computer information systems and networking.

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • Required to have reliable transportation for business purposes and will need a valid local state driver's license.
  • Some overnight travel may be required, as needed, for meetings and training events.
