Job Description

1. Assist Help Desk Coordinator with administrative work

  • Creating better work flow solutions
  • Creating better tracking systems
  • Organizing and keeping schedules

2. Assist in Room Evaluations for Client

  • Taking inventory of systems
  • Taking pictures for reference
  • Creating operation instructions for system according to template
  • Including a recommendation sheet and preinstallation survey
  • Creating a block diagram for reference

3. Marketing for Help Desk

  • Constantly updating Website content
  • Creating and updating list of potential clients
  • Seeking out events to attend for prospective clients

4. Research and Development of various Audiovisual solutions

5. Assist in meeting support and training when needed

6. Be a pair of hands for technicians as needed

7. Assist in other CSAV Marketing efforts

8. Assist Administration in other company efforts

Qualifications

Required Skills and Traits:

  • Professional communication and writing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Efficient Organization
  • Professionally enthusiastic personality
  • Web Design Experience preferred, but not required
