  • Administration of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Patch Management Through WSUS & SCCM
  • Configuration of DNS, AD, and DHCP Servers.
  • Administrating the DHCP, File server and FTP servers
  • SCOM, MOM, IBM Directory & SMURF etc.. Monitoring tools
  • Management & Troubleshooting of Windows 2000/2003 Servers
  • Hands on experience in Disaster recovery process and procedure
  • Good knowledge/understanding on Threat Analysis and Risk assessment and mitigation
  • Good working knowledge/understanding on client firewall tools, Managing Auto location
  • Installation and setup of UNIX, Windows2008, Windows 2003 Server, Windows Server 2000.
  • Maintenance of servers like HP(DL-380G3,G4,G5, BL-20P,460C, DL-580G5), DELL(Power Edge- 905,1950,2950, Power Vault-500)  
  • Administration of Backup Server (HP, VERITAS)
  • Managing CITRIX server (Creating User Id’s, resetting passwords, giving application access).
  • Monitoring server’s usage statistics (CPU Utilization, Memory & Disk Space Usage with             VM Ware Capacity monitoring and planning).
  • Providing Virtualized servers for testing with windows server 2008(Hyper Virtualization )   
  • Protecting the Servers and Clients data from Viruses by installing Antivirus Software McAfee Virus scan Enterprise 8.5
  • Maintaining standards for usernames, passwords, system resources, storage organizations, etc.
  • Adequate documentation for daily startup, shutdown and emergency operational procedures of the servers.
  • Managing and resolving Escalated issues from Customers.
  • Creating and implementation of effective back-up strategy for servers including protection and restoration of the entity’s critical data for every week.
  • Coordinating with Different Vendors for Leased Lines and ISDN lines.
  • Planning activities by creating RFC's (Request For Change) for all kind of issues related to Windows 2000/2003/2008
  • Working on the ticketing system like Info-man, Virtual Ticket, Peregrine etc
  • Taking care of all the wintel  related issues in different LOB around 4000 servers
  • Monitoring the alerts trough Tivoli/LMS for better performance
