The Adhesives Business Manager will lead the adhesives product group in sales, marketing, new product development, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales within the adhesives industry and come come from an adhesives raw material supplier or from an adhesives manufacturer. In this role you will develop commercial strategies to grow the adhesives market segment by developing market research, creating marketing strategies, and selling to key manufacturing accounts. The right candidate should have a strong understanding of the major adhesives manufacturers in the USA with a strong sales track record, business acumen and ability to develop create marketing strategies. MBA is preferred, but not required. Experience on the raw material supplier side selling resins to adhesives manufacturing is also preferred, however we will definitely consider strong candidates from the adhesives manufacturers themselves. Open to remote office situations, however the preference is for relocation to Memphis, TN.
