Directs the overall operations of more than one provider number. Responsible for agency programs according to approved policies, procedures and standards. Maintains the image of the agencies in the communities the agencies serve, and in state and national organizations. Keeps the agencies abreast of local, state and national trends.

1. A licensed physician; or
2. A Registered Nurse;
3. Has training and experience in health service administration and at least one (1) year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health programs.
4. Demonstrates a working knowledge of regulations and reimbursement in home health care.
5. Demonstrates expertise in personnel management, leadership, and financial management.
6. Must be familiar with general use and functions of the computer, such as, user names and password concepts; internet; e-mail; navigation of computer desktop, including starting programs, using files, and windows, effectively use navigation buttons and tool bars; ability to self-manage online HR services and online training programs.

Must be a RN and strong Supervisor experience. This location will be "hub" for 5 care centers..so need someone who can lead ultimately 5 care centeres directly and indirectly. STrong HH background, ability to make important decisions on their own. Strong Oasis skills.
