We are seeking highly experienced, enterprise-level development resource that can provide XSLT development. Candidate should be experienced at working with XML technologies including Xpath, XQuery, XSD, DTD. Candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, should work well with others, and should possess strong XML analysis and problem-solving skills.

Specific qualifications and experience required include 5+ years with:

• XSLT 2.0 with regular expressions
• XSLT 2.0 REGEX expressions to query and manipulate text
• XPath 2.0 development
• Schema development
• Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) development
• Enterprise version of the Saxon XSLT processor, revision 9.5, specifically with Saxon extensions for asynchronous parallel processing

Task responsibilities include:

• Development required creating publication-specific XSLT transforms that translate natively authored XML files to XML files optimized for XML Professional Publisher (XPP). Publication-specific XSLT transforms to be created may include, but are not limited to Congressional Bills, Amendments, and Resolutions, and Federal Register.

• Match the typographical style and page layout of current printed publications

• Support creation of publication-specific XSLT transforms that  translate proprietary locator encoded files to XML files
