Job Description

We are looking for a technical recruiter that understands what it takes to find and deliver the best engineers. This person must be adept at reaching a diverse crowd of technologists and getting them comfortable with the idea of considering CarGurus’ as their next role. Beyond integrity, perseverance and creative thinking; you must be able to deliver results in a timely manner. We are the “first impression” and from engagement to closure it must always be the best!

On a daily basis you will resource leads, establish a point of engagement and understand the candidates’ interests. You will directly communicate, transfer information, and schedule with the engineering team as well as the interested candidates. You will be responsible to create a pipeline of candidates for future connection and manage recruiting events. This role is open to ideas and input that you feel will have a direct ROI for CarGurus. Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of corporate or search firm recruiting including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
  • Full life cycle recruiting experience of Fullstack Engineers, UI/UX and DevOPs from unique candidate sources to offer and closure
  • Experience with networking and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools.
  • Strong ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
  • Experience with managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Knows Linkedin Recruiter, SmartRecruiter (or applicable ATS), TalentBin, Microsoft, Excel
  • BS or applicable experience
