Job Description

CareLuLu is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and reliable Telephone Survey Specialist. The primary purpose of this position is to conduct structured interviews/surveys by phone. As the interviewer, you’ll be responsible for collecting information by phone, enter the responses into our computer system, as well as answer any questions about CareLuLu. 

This position is a independent contractor work-from-home position (not an employee position), for 20-30 hours/week. Compensation is $9-$11/hour, depending on qualifications. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you have to (requirements):
- Be extremely comfortable (and even enjoy!) speaking on the phone
- Be energetic, patient, friendly and genuinely helpful
- Be efficient and a fast learner,
- Be able to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent speaking & listening skills (especially on the phone)
- Have attention to details and strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills (Email, Word, Excel.)
- Be able to commit to at least 20hrs/week

We’d love it if you (not required, but a plus):
- Have (or pursue) BA/BS degree
- Are fluent in Spanish
- Have prior phone survey experience or phone customer service experience

Most importantly, you need to be a doer, enthusiastic, dynamic and overall a nice person!
