Job Description

Mission: Looking for an individual contributor to execute the go to market sales strategy that will take CareSet from startup to exponential growth in the next year. Establish a framework and process for sales activities that is structured and repeatable so it can be scaled when traction is achieved. Test sales messaging with identified target markets and document prospect pain points and feedback for iteration of product to more closely align with needs. Prioritize pain points with prospects and clarify must-haves from nice-to-haves. Identify upsells and new product offerings. Understand value delivered to target market based on addressed pain points to determine pricing. Once traction is established, recommend strategy to scale sales through direct sales and channel partners.

Outcomes: Close six-figure deals with 3 of the top 10 pharma companies by July 2017 with an additional 3 deals already qualified in sales pipeline.

Qualifications

Experience: Sales leadership. Sales results. 5+ years experience at a consulting firm that brings data and insights to pharma marketing and R&D teams. Deep network with pharma companies and a keen understanding for how data is used today to make marketing decisions.
