Job Description

Job Purpose:

Support center team and corporate marketing efforts in the areas of marketing administration, social media, search (SEO and SEM), e-mail marketing, website management, digital footprint and research. This role is responsible for helping to implement projects in all of these areas as well as conducting analysis to understand ROI performance of these areas.

Duties:

  • Marketing Administration – Support Marketing department in all functional administrative ways including: quality control and audits of digital footprint, research and ordering of promotional materials, online platform and e-commerce logistics, aiding in the support and maintenance of strategic partnership platforms, invoice processing and other marketing administration tasks as assigned.
  • Website Management – Aid in keeping website current and accurate with content updates to the site as necessary.
  • Digital distribution and marketing – Help to execute all B2B and B2C digital (online and mobile) marketing and distribution initiatives for the company via partnerships, banner advertising, sponsorships, online directories, content distribution, review sites, etc.
  • Research – Support research efforts as they relate to marketing and product development. Gather information necessary to do so, conduct competitive analyses, and other requests as needed. Assist in maintaining and updating the competitive data collected from all geographic CW locations and create additional competitive reports as requested.
  • Social Media – Help implement, update and maintain overall social media tactics for entire CW brand across corporate and individual centers, including support in social media training for CW employees on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Hootsuite or other platforms. Help to conduct ongoing audits of all Carr Workplaces social media feeds (in excess of 60 feeds) to maintain consistent branding, positioning and voice. Aid in gathering relevant and valuable information to share on these platforms. Aid in posting to these platforms on regular basis. Help to stay current in the space and research new social functionality as it relates to opportunities for CW.
  • Blog – Support Carr Workplaces blog by serving as author and facilitator for regular posting schedule. Manage email blasts for blog post updates.
  • Search – Help to monitor, implement and optimize paid search (SEM) and organic search (SEO) initiatives.
  • E-Mail Marketing – Help to update and create contact lists and implement email campaigns.
  • Performance and analysis – For all digital initiatives, help to provide ongoing ROI performance measurement and analysis using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Salesforce, SproutLoud and other sources of performance data.
  • Help to update online client portal messaging.
  • Aid in monitoring and updating digital footprint via online listings to ensure accuracy and proper reflection of the brand online.
  • Support logistics of online store collateral inventory.
  • Support logistics of online ecommerce transactions, tracking and measurement.
  • Support center team marketing efforts through the management and fulfillment of marketing requests via the online marketing tracker.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

· Four year degree from an accredited college.

· Experience in website analytics programs such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics and/or Omniture preferred

· Proficiency in HTML preferred.

· Proficiency in Salesforce required

· Proficiency in Sproutloud required

· Proficiency in WordPress preferred.

· Proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Hootsuite required.
