Job Description

Role Summary: 
CapturIT is a leading manufacturer / distributor of on board truck systems for refuse vehicles based in Exeter, NH. We are currently looking to expand our team through the hiring of a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast Region. This person will manage and grow targeted key account customers and dealers throughout the region.
General Responsibilities: 
  • Sell CapturIT hardware and software products to solid waste hauling companies and municipalities in assigned geographic territory
  • Work with RSM’s and distributors
  • Contribute to the development of a CapturIT marketing plan
  • Contribute to the development of CapturIT product map
  •  Attend trade shows as appropriate
  • Work trade shows in which CapturIT exhibits
  • Assist municipal sales teams with municipal bid/proposal preparation
  • Maintain database with call report information for all customers in assigned geographic territory
  • Maintain customer demographic database

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts degree, or equivalent experience, with 5+ years additional technical sales experience
  • Proficient at solution selling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel at least 50%of the time
