We are looking for a Painter.  The Painter will prepare areas for painting and paint resident rooms and all common areas inside and occasionally outside of the facilities.  May include light mechanical duties in preparation for painting.  Occasional installation of wall coverings.  This person will also serve as a back-up for Maintenance as needed. 

Experience working as a painter in a commercial setting is preferred.  Experience in long term care or assisted living buildings a plus.
