Job Description

Cenero is looking for a Data Integrity Administrator to perform as part of its Service Sales team to maintain and support the CDS (Cenero Data Systems) database. He/She will be responsible for preserving accurate data records from project creation through client renewals to efficiently enhance data integrity. Communicating effectively and working collaboratively in a team environment, the Data Integrity Administrator will establish, coordinate and maintain solid communication with the Service Sales team while updating client records as needed in keeping with established policies and procedures.  

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Convert Opportunities into Projects in CDS
  • Accurately enter and create and update project information into CDS for all new projects including Project Rooms, Client Rooms Warranty Contracts and Warranty Lines
  • Ensure all client and related information is accurately entered into CDS
  • Attend kick off meetings with Project Managers, Sales and/or Engineering to review client and project rooms have accurate information
  • Process Project close-out documentation
  • Assist Cenero departments such as Sales and Service with data input and account maintenance
  • Manage changes to inventory and client organizational structures in CDS
  • Assist sales representatives with database account maintenance, such as entering correct organization, address and client email as it pertains to the upkeep of CDS
  • Update CDS information in a timely fashion
  • Terminate service warranty lines and contracts when client opportunity is lost
  • Pull warranty renewal information from the CDS system to prepare for renewal proposals
  • Support the Service Sales team representatives in warranty renewal and new sales process
  • Recommend ideas for process improvements within the construct of the database
  • Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and embrace a team centric environment
  • Other Responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of related experience and/or training
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Demonstrates a high level of organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace, changing environment
  • Possesses ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
  • Ability to prioritize and possess excellent problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel) and Internet Explorer are required
  • Working experience with relational databases, preferably Microsoft CRM, is required
