We are currently recruiting Team Leaders for one of the UK’s largest and most successful independent ground handling companies. Based at London’s Heathrow Airport,  our client provides cargo, passenger services and operations, ramp services and transport solutions for leading airlines from all over the world. 

A Team Supervisor is required to remain in attendance at all times to ensure that all procedures are carried out in a safe, secure and compliant manner. Successfull canidates will be responsible for the loading and unloading of aircraft and the completion all necessary documentation. It is a mandatory requirement that a trained Team Supervisor be assigned to every turnaround to manage and oversee the unloading and loading process in accordance with company procedures.

• Working knowledge of airside aircraft handling environment, baggage handling processes and procedures, aircraft loading and in plane systems, towing and pushback requirements
• Customer product knowledge
• High levels of proficiency in airport operations
• Ability to provide leadership and manage change
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Clean Driving licence (full UK)
