Job Description

  • Serve as a the leader for the People Operation / Human Resources team
  • Advise, counsel and influence the business leadership team in executing the people operation 
  • Drive change through organization design and operationalization of organizational models
  • Advise on recruiting, performance management, employer branding and culture issues
  • Lead the company key talent acquisition effort
  • Drive initiatives focused on employee satisfaction
  • Lead the performance management process process
  • Lead initatives across the HR team

Qualifications

  • 7 - 10+ years HR experience that includes HR generalist/business partner/Recruitment experience
  • Consulting, Technology and Banking industry experience strongly preferred
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management around complex strategic HR issues such as talent management, org design/development, change management, compensation and employee relations
  • Proven track record in developing strategy and driving change to help drive business results and execute on key initiatives
  • Superb relationship management skills, project management and the ability to develop strong interpersonal alliances at all levels
  • Deep technical HR competence with the ability to influence using a balance of technical HR expertise, business acumen and relationship skills
  • Business driven individual with strong financial acumen
  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player
  • Able to achieve results quickly in a fast-paced organization; thrives in a high intensity environment with multiple and competing priorities
  • Unquestionable business and personal integrity and values congruent with those of the organization
  • Bachelors Degree in HR Management or a related field
