Job Description

This position will be responsible in creating and maintaining the overall C&B scheme of the company. This involves creating salary and benefits benchmark, updating job grading and leveling, supervising and coordinating C&B team, and structuring across the companies.

  • Design and maintain a competitive compensation strategy and policy
  • Evaluate every job position and determine the proper market value for the job through salary survey and sector specific benchmarking
  • Ensure all programs, policies, and procedures are in line with statutory requirement and current legislation
  • Proactively engage business stakeholders to facilitate active review of employee compensation in various areas including but not limited to compensation competitiveness, internal equity, and fostering a diverse and inclusive compensation landscape
  • Oversee and periodically review as well as develop the benefits package, employee wellness, and reward programs
  • Communicate with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues
  • Managing a team and daily operations related to compensation and benefits activities
  • Prepare manpower budgets, reports, and presentations

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of professional experiences in HR or Compensation and Benefit field with 1-2 years of it being in Manager or Assistant Manager position
  • Proven hands-on experience and strong literacy in managing compensation and benefits
  • Adept at navigating through ambiguous and quick turn-around situations and resilient in dealing with failures
  • Well versed in operational know-how, and can go deep into operational details and process flows
  • Expertise in project management as proven by having a track record of delivering results
  • Experience in communicating high-level strategy details effectively across disciplines, locations, and organizations, including senior leadership
  • Shows creativity in problem-solving which manifests in having a can-do attitude towards challenges and changes
  • Proven experience in managing C&B strategies in a large headcount corporation, both for head office and operations employees
