Job Description

  • Develop procedure and strategic programs on employee communication, employer branding and employee engagement to drive on its implementation 
  • Create content for social media platforms, including an internal portal
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s and employer branding
  • Manage all channels or platforms of employee communication effectively
  • Manage corporate LinkedIn account, including calendar plan, posting guideline, optimize employee’s engagement and revamp/improve LinkedIn page
  • Plan, coordinate, facilitate and deliver employee engagement activities (employee events)

Qualifications

  • Minimum hold a Bachelor Degree from marketing, branding, or a communications-related field
  • Proven working experience in employer branding / social media marketing / digital media specialist
  • Excellent in writing, editing (photo/video/text), graphic design, presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of marketing channels
  • A knack for creativity
  • Detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
