Job Description

  • Daily filing related finance document & daily basis input data entry
  • Daily compiling & recap entry vendor invoice 
  • Scheduling & initiating vendor payment
  • Daily recap & filing internal invoice to customer
  • Daily updates cash balance 
  • Monthly recap cash outflow expenditure
  • Monthly compiling bank statements 
  • Controlling outstanding receivables
  • Preparing report regarding daily job desk

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Experiencing at least 6 months with approximately did the same description of job desk or as required in the position.
  • Persistent & have eagerness to learn & develop
  • Have good analytical skills
  • Honest, an analytical mind, a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data and have ability to stick to time
  • Have high responsibility
  • Good ability in communication and coordinating with team member & superior.
