Role Overview:

We are seeking a Data Project Manager with deep expertise in Aladdin, investment management, and enterprise data to lead the planning and execution of critical technology initiatives within a financial services environment. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement to support the PMO function and batch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead PMO functions: initiative tracking, risk & issue management, dependency tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication

  • Drive alignment across client tech teams and vendors on scope, data integration, and execution

  • Coordinate with tech leaders for status updates, milestone tracking, and roadblock removal

  • Own and manage meeting preparations, runbook creation, and execution plans (including UAT & production)

  • Ensure end-to-end alignment of data across systems and applications

  • Support the implementation of new data platforms, warehouses, and data strategies

  • Optimize batch production performance and resolve operational issues

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with the Aladdin platform

  • Solid understanding of the investment management lifecycle

  • Proven experience in data migration, warehouse implementation, and ETL

  • Strong knowledge of data quality, governance, and security frameworks

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

  • Ability to explain complex processes clearly across technical and business audiences
