Job Description

Chaos Group is looking for an experienced customer support representative to join our support team in Baltimore, Maryland. This person will be responsible for providing technical support to our V-Ray customers on the Autodesk Revit, Trimble SketchUp, and McNeels' Rhinoceros 3d platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an international team, which is dedicated to setting the highest standard of support in the rendering industry.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

1+ years experience in IT field

Experience with MAC OS X, Windows and Linux

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Strong problem solving skills and self-motivated

Strong team player with good attitude

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats

Ability to create and maintain positive, productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical personnel


Preferred Experience:

Basic understanding of 3d modeling applications and rendering technologies
