Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide outstanding, personalized service to our customers while answering phone calls, emails, chats and correspondence.  This individual needs to be detail oriented with above average organization skills, daily multitasking to ensure customer orders are entered correctly and timely, Charisma magazine subscriptions are accurately maintained, and product data is kept up to date, while assisting with e-Course development, delivery, and sales reporting. Cross-train to provide back up support for Trade Sales Customer Service team. Also, provide enthusiastic service to fellow in-house employees and outside partner representatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Primary telephone and email interface with consumers for order, payment and shipment issues. Support sales and customer service teams for order entry, web orders and trade sales orders. Primary administrator of the Charisma Plus subscriber list. Back up to other customer service teams as needed.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding positive, professional and service oriented attitude. Respectful and supportive attitude toward authority.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in person as well as via phone, email, fax and white mail.
  • Great phone voice, sensitive and understanding. Great people skills. Works well with customers and other employees.
  • High School Diploma. Previous data entry and customer service experience a plus.
  • Accurate data entry skills (has efficient 10-Key skills).
  • Understands basic grammar skills in regards to business correspondence.
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute; proficient in 10 key, data entry, and email.
  • Beneficial if proficient in Excel, Word, and the Internet.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, basic math skills – add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Quick learner, diligent worker and team player.
  • Abide by all policies and procedures as stated in the company manual, always upholding Charisma Media vision and God-given destiny.
