Job Description

Core Responsibilities –

  • Responsible for assisting customers in the retail shop, box office, and via the phone in the ticketing call center and via a dedicated concierge cell phone line. 
  • Provides excellent customer service at all times and adheres to the CAF Guest Service Standards
  • Responsible for learning about all CAF retail product, tours, programs, and events to ensure knowledge answers to CAF guest inquiries
  • Responds to emails sent to general CAF informational email addresses
  • Master all ticketing systems (Patron Edge and Ticketmaster) and POS system (POSIM) to be able to assist customers quickly and efficiently and any future systems
  • Proactively sell memberships, up-sells ticket and retail packages, restaurant gift cards, and more
  • Follows all policies and procedures outlined by the Manager of Sales and Service
  • Responsible for the upkeep of the box office, call center, and retail store so that it looks clean and presentable to guests
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Skills and Attributes

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, up to five days per week including weekends
  • Enjoys providing exceptional customer service though prompt, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable responses
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage time
  • Ability to work successfully in team environments and positively assist in meeting sales goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time

 

 

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirement

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience required
  • High level of comfort with technology is required
  • Experience utilizing ticketing systems or POS systems is required
