Job Description

The assistant dean of students is instrumental in the creation of a positive student-life culture at CBHS by shepherding the House and Advisory system. The assistant dean of students is directly responsible for the recruitment, training and organization of the advisors. The assistant dean of students oversees and insures that the advisory system is planned and programmatically encourages student involvement at CBHS. Working with the BLC moderators, the assistant dean of students develops annual student life programming. Additionally, the assistant dean of students assists the dean of students in the development and enforcement of school policies that set high expectations for student behavior and decorum.

Qualifications

A master's degree in counseling, school administration, ministry or related field is required.

Preference will be given to those candidates who are Roman Catholic.

Prior experience in a school with a House system is highly preferred.
