Job Description

The ClickDimensions Marketing and Communications Specialist role is a ‘hands on’ position encompassing a variety of marketing and communications support projects. The Marketing and Communications Specialist will:

  • Contribute to content marketing efforts through the creation of eBooks, white papers and webinars.
  • Identify, solicit and produce customer case studies, testimonials and references.
  • Contribute marketing-related content to the company blog, newsletter and website.
  • Promote products and services through public relations initiatives.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Create marketing content for use by the sales team and partner channel.
  • Assist with pay-per-click advertising campaigns and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Track sales and marketing data and assemble reports.
  • Research media coverage and industry trends.
  • Identify new, innovative methods for marketing and lead generation.
  • Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with the company’s brand and marketing strategy.


Qualifications

The ClickDimensions Marketing and Communications Specialist should possess the following skills:

  • Experience with writing, research, and data analysis for corporate marketing projects
  • Excellent communication skills (please provide writing sample)
  • Strong organization skills and an attention to detail required
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic environment on a wide variety of projects
  • Experience with email marketing, marketing automation and/or pay-per-click advertising a plus
  • MS Office: Word, Outlook required; PowerPoint, Excel desired
  • Experience with social media and WordPress/content management is helpful
  • Ability to learn new software quickly


Additional Information

Technical Assessment

Marketing and Communications Specialist candidates will be asked to complete a technical assessment to evaluate their ability to learn a new technology and create a piece of marketing content.


Location and Reporting

The Marketing Coordinator will work in the ClickDimensions office at One Dunwoody Park, Dunwoody GA 30338. The position will report to the Director of Marketing.
