We are seeking an IT Help Desk technician for a 6 month contract (with option to hire full time/permanently after the 6 month contract duration) onsite/in the office in Golden, CO.  This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule; however, there will be onsite/ in the office requirements.  

In this role, you will provide the first level response to internal teams for IT Technical Support requests and will be responsible for the following: 

• Creating new user accounts and disabling accounts
• IT asset management, equipment ordering and receiving and inventory management.
• Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
• Respond to customer issues via phone, email and computer chat and follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
• Document customer interactions

• Experience working in a Help Desk environment is preferred 
• Proficiency with Office 365
• Experience with Service Now or another ticketing system
• Experience with creating new user accounts and disabling accounts
• IT asset management, equipment ordering and receiving and inventory management.
• Experience with Active Directory is nice to have 
• Excellent communication skills over the phone, in person, with executives and users who are not versed in IT jargon and technology.
• Must have reliable transportation 
• Motivated to learn and troubleshoot new devices and systems in a fast-moving IT environment

This 6-month contract role (with option to be hired on full time/permanently)role is located onsite/in the office in Golden, CO, and with the flexibility for a hybrid schedule.  This role will pay between $22-$32 per hour (depending on experience).
