Job Description

We are seeking 2 IT Help Desk Technicians for a 6 month contract with the option to hire in Golden, CO.  These roles will be onsite/ int he office Monday- Friday from 7:30 am- 4:00 pm (there are no remote options) and will be responsible for:  

  • Create new user accounts and disable accounts
  • Asset Management/equipment ordering and receiving/asset management
  • Prep, image and deploy desktop and laptop computers
  • Installing applications and data migrations

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience as an IT Support Specialist 
  • Experience with imaging, installing applications, asset management, and deployment (including user data migration and setup)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (prefer ServiceNow)
  • MS Office installation and portal support experience
  • Backup and recovery experience 
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone, in person, with executives and users who are not versed in IT jargon and technology.

Additional Information

These roles will be a 6 month contract with the option to hire in Golden, CO.  These roles will be onsite/ in the office Monday- Friday from 7:30 am- 4:00 pm (there are no remote options) and will pay between $22- $35 per hour depending on experience.
