Job Description

Closed Loop is looking for a highly experienced Digital Advertising Manager to join our Digital Advertising Team. This is a full-time position. (Telecommuting OK)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing multiple client digital advertising accounts including the planning, launching and optimization of each account across paid search, social & display channels
  • Interacting directly with clients, managing the relationship & client expectations via clear, concise communication
  • Monitoring progress of ongoing campaigns
  • Compiling data and producing client reports
  • Participating in client meetings (typically conference calls)
  • Researching and keeping abreast of trends in SEM and digital advertising
  • Working really hard but laughing a lot, too

Qualifications

Strong candidates will have most of the following:

  • 5+ years experience managing search engine marketing campaigns to specific ROI goals
  • Hands on experience with major paid search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing Adcenter, Facebook Ads etc)
  • The ability to manage ALL facets of digital advertising & SEM campaigns and client relationships, including:
    • Keyword development and refinement
    • Text ad copywriting
    • A/B test execution (both of ad copy and landing pages)
    • Bid management (experience with hands-on, manual bidding; not just bid automation)
    • Campaign setting optimization
    • Reporting and analysis
    • Client meetings and relationship management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • A high level of professionalism, accountability and personal responsibility
  • Amazing project management and communication skills
  • A zest for managing highly complex SEM projects for multiple clients
  • Incredible data analysis skills
  • Skill in using web analytic tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)
  • Ability to travel to client sites and/or conferences on occasion
  • High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Native-level fluency in English
