Our potential client is seeking candidates for a full-time Senior Software Engineer who work on cutting edge software, developing frameworks for functional, integration, regression, and performance measurement.

You will work on a small team, owning the components that you work on and be involved from design through deployment. You must be willing to ship stand behind your work and ship the highest quality software.

Responsibilities

-Design, develop, and support fast, deterministic, and scalable frameworks for all levels of Twitter's software stack.

-Determine when components meet acceptable quality criteria and standards.

-Monitor, investigate and identify problems with production components, processes and data; help development engineers diagnose and test fixes.

Qualifications

-8+ years as a Software Developer

-Expert knowledge of scripting languages

-Expert knowledge of Java, Scala and other JVM languages

-Experience building testing system, tools and frameworks is highly desired

-Consistently balances and prioritizes work correctly and effectively

-Strong communication and documentation skills

-Flexible, 'do what needs to be done' attitude

-Experience with performance testing a plus
