Service Delivery Executive/Account Manager

This is a career defining opportunity for an individual that is process driven, pays attention to detail and can deliver projects to specification and on time. Good project management skills are essential.

You will need to be highly motivated and a team player as you'll be interacting with different business functions (engineering, design, product, finance, commercial). Communication skills are also key as most projects delivered impact multiple internal functions. There will be reporting into senior management with updates of key milestones during the lifecycle of all projects, launches and post project.

The successful candidate will need to develop strong relationships with internal Product Managers so that learning from projects can be fed into future projects, productisation or upselling into current clients. This relationship will also allow you the to develop knowledge of products & services so this knowledge can be used during pre-sales and when working with business development team.

The successful applicant will be graduate level with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and to spec. You'll have a demonstratable track record of delivering multidisciplinary projects of different sizes and have experience of working with internal and external teams

Skills

• Project management skills
• Knowledge of Full Product/development lifecycle
• Good communication, both written and verbal.
• Good at report writing
• Ability to put together project specifications that include users flows, product build, graphical design (adhering to brand guidelines), technical considerations, reporting, etc

Optional

• Knowledge/qualifications in Scrum/Agile, Prince2, ITIL, etc
• Background in IT, Telecoms, development
• Background in delivery of software/business solutions
• Experience at presenting to senior execs

Academic requirements

• Graduate level candidates
• Computer Science, IT, BIS, Business Studies background.
