In addition to an 80-acre main campus, CCC has a 60-acre farm used as a hands-on laboratory and training facility. The college also accommodates hundreds of off-campus students at 24 locations in the 14-county service area through face-to-face, online, and hybrid courses.

Job Description

Colby Community College is accepting applications for a full-time Head Track and Cross Country Coach. Responsible for managing all aspects of men’s and women’s NJCAA track and cross country programs at the Division I level. Duties include, but not limited to, recruiting, coaching, scheduling, academic monitoring, fundraising, budget preparation and compliance. Must have proven organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Integrity, innovative thinking, understanding of the rural community college, and ability to work as a team is necessary. Position open until filled. Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree required
* Master’s degree and post-secondary coaching experience preferred
