Our Bridgewater office is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

We are a small but growing office, looking for someone who works well independently, in a fast-paced environment and embraces technology. 

Job Description

  • Provide general administrative support to Realtors
  • Assisting with the preparation of paperwork for real estate transactions
  • Inputting data in Filogix (online real estate system)
  • Maintaining our client database
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Answer phones and handle general inquiries
  • Monitor and post on social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as we grow)


  • Two to five years of experience in a similar role, providing administrative support services
  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • License to practice real estate in Nova Scotia is a strong asset (but not required)
