• Provisioning all remotely accessible equipment.
• Responsible for provisioning remotely accessible equipment within the network and establishing physical connectivity across the electronic network.
• Interact with other organizations within the company including but not limited to; operations, sales, access engineering, project management, and regional engineering.
• Occasionally interact with customers to resolve complex issues and schedule time sensitive events.
• Utilize M6 to retrieve/complete work tickets and access multiple technologies of equipment so you can perform provisioning responsibilities.
• Interact with operations teams and customer to ensure prompt accurate service delivery.
