• Supports the Tenant Representation team in preparing presentations, pitch materials, submissions and studies that clients need
• Supports the Office Services Market Analyst team in preparing research publications about the real estate office market
• Prepares and analyzes the Tenant Representation business to come up with suggestions on how to improve efficiencies and take advantage of foreseeable trends in the market and competition
• Supports the Office Services Market Analyst team and Tenant Representation brokers in updating the office space listings
• Responds to queries of clients regarding the available office space listings
• Updates Tenant Representation Capability Statement and Track Record
• Prepares Case Studies of notable accounts
• Prepares the Tenant Representation Weekly Report
• Does email blasts to clients and press releases for business development purposes
