3、负责与客户沟通，包括接案前、结案中的会议沟通工作；

4、协助完成团队布置的其它相关工作。

1、本科及以上学历，海外留学优先，建筑学、城市规划、区域经济学、房地产等相关专业背景毕业；

2、具备良好的英语读写能力；

3、在五大行、规划院、开发商前策端口等具有1-3年工作经验更加；

4、较好的沟通能力及报告撰写能力。
