Job Description

This growth and our commitment to investing in our people and platform has created the need for an enterprising recruitment professional to join our Careers team to lead the Talent Acquisition across our India operations. Reporting to the National Director People & Performance | India and matrix lines to the Executive Director | Careers Asia this person will be tasked with attracting and onboarding the best talents from the market.

 

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Work in partnership with local business heads to strategically plan the Talent Acquisition plan for each business services line.
  • Facilitate end-to-end recruitment of executive and key business hires to ensure timely fulfilment of replacement and new headcount targets.
  • Ensure accurate performance and drive the ownership of all recruitment administration, market mapping and database platforms.
  • Develop professional and impactful relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Deliver on ad-hoc projects (regional and local) when required.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director and Business Line Heads to communicate timely, strategic market and competitor information.
  • Lead the Recruitment Learning and Development program across India with all hiring managers.
  • The ability to travel on occasions when deemed necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree qualified.
  • Minimum of ten years’ experience in the recruitment industry; agency experience is essential.
  • A dynamic team player, with an ability to engage across all levels of the hierarchy (both internally and externally) is critical.
  • Proven ability to take ownership and be self-motivated, results focused professional.
  • Real Estate industry exposure whilst not critical is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in recruitment database management is essential.
